This training plan is specifically built to help you become the best version of yourself and get you prepared for that 5K starting line, or just to run a 5K on your own. It's an 8-week program, so we recommend starting it with at least 4 weeks to go before your race date. Let's work together to crush that starting line and achieve your running goals! We offer up to 5 runs per week but recommend that you do at least 3 per week
