Are you living for the approval of others in any area of your life? 

(Examples/storytime: in high school, I lived for the approval of people by caring so much about my appearance & judging my own worthiness by how much attention I got or didn’t get from guys. It left we with heartbreak & confusion all the time. I lived for the approval of my parents with grades & felt like I would always fall short. Not until I moved out & tapped into who I really was, did I finally gain the confidence to start living for ME and not for the approval of others- it is a new freedom I didn’t realize I was missing out on!)
