Description: Summer Citrus Chicken Salad

This summer salad is SO refreshing & delicious! Filled with alllll the nutrients & pretty colors from the earth too😍

Ingredients:
-a few handfuls of mixed greens + butter lettuce 
-1 serving of grilled chicken breast (I seasoned mine with olive oil, lemon juice, salt & pepper)
-2-3 mint leaves chopped 
-1/4 a cucumber sliced thinly
-small handful of shredded carrots 
-1/4 a bell pepper sliced thinly
-a few cherry tomatoes cut in half
-a handful of pieces of grapefruit (or you can use mandarins oranges if you prefer!)
- optional: sweet potato cubes, avocado, beets, anything else you’d want to add to your salad!

Dressing:
-2 tbsp olive oil
-1 lemon squeezed
-1/4 cup red wine vinegar
-pinch of salt & pepper

Instructions:
-chop all your veggies
-prepare your chicken (I air fryer mine at 400F for 13 minutes)
-combine all the dressing ingredients into a small dish & whisk with a fork
-add all the salad & toppings into a bowl & add the dressing, mix thouroughly
-ENJOY! :)

A couple questions- when I do lunges is it a total of 24 on each side (L-R-L-R) or is it 48 on each side (LR-LR-LR-LR) for the four sets? Also how do I keep my hands from slipping during hanging crunches?
