Missed week 1 but never too late to start!
1. Keep a consistent bedtime/wake up routine
2. Complete September challenge (minus week 1)
3. Add structure to my day/week by planning and sticking to my schedule

Ready to get back into it
1. Be active everyday.
2. Working on not being so hard on myself.
3. Working on managing my time between nursing school, working at a hospital, my externship, working out and marriage!
4. Spending good quality time with Jesus daily!

So excited to kill it this month!!
1. Daily readings for the 365 Bible plan.📚
2. Listen to 1 Christian podcast or sermon a day.
3. Drink half my body weight in ounces of water a day.💦
4. Read 10 minutes of a self help book a day.
5. Take 15 minutes to myself and relax every day.
6. Pay off half of credit card.
7. No spending on clothes, unnecessary stuff, etc.
