What are the goals of the program?
The goal of this program is to spend this month becoming the healthiest, happiest version of yourself with a community that is doing the same! “Healthy” is SO much deeper than how you look. It’s mind, body & soul! If you have specific goals, such as losing fat or gaining muscle, you can absolutely modify any of the workouts or implement other workouts from this app into this challenge!
How to get the best outcome of the program?
SHOW UP! Each day! Turn on your app notifications & get on each morning! There are daily & weekly goals to crush! Join the FB group for some extra motivation too :) Modify any workouts as needed, but stick to the structure of the challenge & celebrate small wins along the way!
What do I need to participate in this program?
The workouts in this program will be a mix of gym equipment & some workouts that can be done at home! If you need ONLY at-home workouts, just switch the gym workouts for some at-home workouts from another program on my app! (2022 Home is a great program to pull some from!)
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
These workouts are an intermediate level! They are CHALLENGING! But modifiable! If you are more beginner, use light weights & reduce the # of reps if needed! IF you are advanced, increase your weight & add more volume with higher reps or sets!
