What are the goals of the program?
The main goals of this program are to keep you motivated and disciplined throughout the first couple months of the new year! The At-Home version of this program is mainly HIIT focused working your whole body! But if you are interested on a more strength-based workout you can try out the gym version!
What do I need to participate in this program?
This version of the program uses bodyweight and Dumbbells! Most of the dumbbell exercises can be modified to bodyweight exercises if you donโ€™t have dumbbells! But I would suggest ordering 10 to 15 pounds!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
These exercises fall in the intermediate range but of course you can modify to beginner or you can increased reps wait or time to be a more advanced version
