What are the goals of the program?
The main goals of this program are to keep you motivated and disciplined throughout the first couple months of the new year! The gym version of this program is a mix of strength and HIIT! But depending on your personal goals you can change the reps in the weight for if you want to build muscle lose fat or just maintain! If your focus more on building strength you can drop the amount of reps and increase your weight little by little throughout the program! If your focus is more on losing fat you can increase your reps and go at a more moderate weight for the duration also adding increments of cardio in between your workouts or at the end like a 20 to 30 minute incline walk on the treadmill! For maintenance just follow the amount of reps I put in the program as this is what I do!
What do I need to participate in this program?
This version of the program is the gym version and it is designed for a typical gym full of typical equipment! There are ways to modify workouts if you don’t have a certain piece of equipment you can always do a quick Google search on it if you need to modify right away or you can reach out to me on messages on this app! There is an at home version that includes only bodyweight and Dumbbell exercises if you’re interested in that!

I absolutely loved my first workout. Perfectly balanced. I love that I can track. I love how little thinking I have to do because the app does it for me…leaves me more mental space for the workout.
