Here’s a breakdown of the August Checklist:

-get DAILY movement! It’s summer!! don’t freak out if you miss a scheduled workout, just find a different, fun way to move your body! (Could be a walk, stretching, biking, surfing, etc.)

-8-10k steps per day to a Podcast that betters your mind! ((Can be 2 separate walks!)

-meal prep something for yourself each week!

-drink .5 to 1 gal of water per day!! HYDRATION is key!

-do a fun class / online workout w/ a friend once a week! (Lots of gyms have free trials, & there are awesome, free follow along workouts on YouTube too!)

-stretch daily (a few minutes when you wake up & right before bed! This helps w/ flexibility, form, blood flow & injury prevention)

-journal & write/say a positive affirmation every morning (all will be provided for you if you want to use mine! But you can totally do your own too!)

-1 “extra” self care act per week!! (Have FUN with it! Examples: face mask, massage, at-home mani/pedi, hot bath, etc.) taking care of ourselves on an “extra level” is so fun & can actually help to build self confidence by caring for YOU!

-try to compliment someone, or do a little act of love for someone everyday !!

My physical goals are to tone my abs and to be able to do 10 push ups without having to use my knees. 
My mental goals are to read 2 books this month and to prioritize morning affirmations. 
My financial goal is to save money by grocery shopping intuitively and not spending money on eating out.
