    After 5 years in the fire service and 30 weeks of intense academy training, I’ve learned what it means to push limits, physically and mentally. From bodybuilding competitions to biking 100 miles, I’ve always chased growth and challenge. Now, I’m channeling that same passion into helping others build strength, confidence, and balance from the inside out. I’ve stepped away from firefighting to pursue my dream of becoming a registered dietitian, and I can’t wait to combine fitness and nutrition to change lives.
