Abigail

- Hold the bar with your palms facing you
- Keep your back in a neutral position bracing your core
- Pull the barbell up engaging your lats as you pull
- Pause at the top and lower with a controlled motion

Barbell row

- Sit down on the incline bench with your chest against the back of the bench 
- Grab a dumbbell in each hand and rotate your hands so your palms are facing each other 
- Keep your elbows tucked in pull the dumbbells up to your body just below your chest 
- Hold for a half second and then lower the dumbbells back down

DB incline row

- Stand straight with a barbell resting on the back of your shoulders with a firm grip on each side 
- Start by bending your body forward using your hips, until your upper body is parallel to the floor 
- Pause, and then raise your upper body back up. Repeat.

Good morning

- With chest supported on a 45 degree bench
- Curl bar towards shoulders
- Pause at the top then lower under control

Preacher bar spider curls

- Curl the dumbbells up 
- Rotate your wrists at the top 
- Lower the weights with your palms facing the ground
- Focus on a slow controlled movement

Zottman curl

- Hold the rope with your palms facing each other
- Engage your biceps as you curl up
- Keep your core engaged
- Pause at the top and lower slowly
