- Position a bar in a rack to about waist height
- With your heels on the ground with your arms fully extended  
- Your body should be straight hanging underneath the bar 
- Flexing the elbow, pull your chest towards the bar, retract your shoulder blades
- Pause at the top then return yourself to starting position

Inverted row

- Bend forward at the hips until your back is parallel to the ground
- Grasp bar just outside shoulder width apart
- Brace core and pull bar up to your abdomen
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together
- Lower the bar all the way back down to the floor

Pendlay row

- Sit down on the incline bench with your chest against the back of the bench 
- Grab a dumbbell in each hand and rotate your hands so your palms are facing each other 
- Keep your elbows tucked in pull the dumbbells up to your body just below your chest 
- Hold for a half second and then lower the dumbbells back down

DB incline row

Rope Cable Pulldown

Seated bicep curl

- Curl the dumbbells up 
- Rotate your wrists at the top 
- Lower the weights with your palms facing the ground
- Focus on a slow controlled movement
