Barbell Pause Squat

- Start by holding a barbell near your upper chest in a slightly wider than shoulder width overhand grip 
- Press the bar overhead until your arms are extended, pause, return to start position and repeat.

Barbell Overhead Press

- Keeping your back flat against the pad
- Lower your legs towards your chest
- Drive through your heels to press back to starting position

Leg press

- Sit down on the incline bench with your chest against the back of the bench 
- Grab a dumbbell in each hand and rotate your hands so your palms are facing each other 
- Keep your elbows tucked in pull the dumbbells up to your body just below your chest 
- Hold for a half second and then lower the dumbbells back down
