I’ve struggled with being overweight, battling and overcame an eating disorder, then becoming underweight and navigating my way through creating a balanced, healthy relationship with food and falling in love with lifting weights in the gym. I became a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist to help empower men and women to do the same — heal their relationship with food, creating a balanced lifestyle and feel strong and confident through weight lifting and functional training. My App will help guide you through various workout styles: Weight Lifting, Functional Training, HIIT, Body Weight / Minimal Equipment, as well as Stretch & Recovery. My step my step recipes will help you find delicious, healthy meals that leave you feeling satisfied without depriving yourself of your favorite meals.
