This is a four week program that you will need a gym for. This program is designed to focus on fat loss. Therefore you will be doing higher reps and a bit lighter weight. However there will be time where we switch it up and do a few heavy days. Be sure to add five days of cardio while you complete this program. Each session should be 20 to 25 minutes and you should be out of breath during those 20 to 25 minutes. Read my nutrition guide and follow a healthy diet for even better results.
