This program is perfect if you are newer to strength training or if you have strength trained before but you’re wanting to get back into a routine! This program will help you build a foundation for more advanced heavy lifting. We will be toning up/gaining muscle, using a-lot of time under tension while also getting our heart rates up to burn some fat. During the week I will be sharing some alternative exercises you can preform if you choose too as well as some options you can do at home. Now, let’s build this ish!

Hi my name is Brittney, Welcome to my fitness corner! Growing up I had a ton of body/digestion issues including an eating disorder but in 2016 I decided I wanted to feel good and change my life so, I did just that! I became obsessed with health and fitness so In 2018 I got my personal training certification as well as my nutritional certification. Fast forward to today being a mom of 2, a wife and a business owner unfortunately sometimes finding time can be a struggle. Fitness not only helps me feel good physically but also helps me feel good emotionally! I really had to adapt and find ways to achieve my goals in a short period of time so I have created a space where you can also achieve the goals you want to achieve whether that’s building muscle, losing fat, etc without worrying about being in the gym for long periods of time.
