This workout was extremely difficult for me. I haven’t worked out in a long time and have gained weight. This type of stuff used to be easy for me so I really have to get in shape. I enjoyed it and will keep trying until I get better.

Really good and intense workout. I wish it would count the reps and go to the next exercise automatically. I do like the rest button and background music that goes with the w/o. Overall loved it!
