Who is this Program for??

    About the Challenge

    I am cranking up the intensity from my previous mini core challenges! The excuse of not having gym equipment or time is no longer valid. I've made this program very easy to follow with video demonstrations + talking you through each step of the exercise.
    • We will be training together for 4 weeks with 3x a week 20-25 minute sessions.
    • Do this program at home or anywhere!
    • This program only requires a pillow or small squishy ball and balloon or straw.
