Welcome to the Mini Core Challenge #2! 

This 4 week program kicks up the intensity from Mini Core Challenge #1 with all-new exercises! Completing Core Challenge #1 is not a prerequisite for success in this challenge. Join me as I talk you through and demonstrate each exercise that will tap straight into all muscles of your core and pelvic floor. This program can be done anywhere (20-25 minute workouts). All you need is a long resistance band.

Two winners will get $2,500!

Requirements to win:
• Purchase the Mini Core Challenge #2 program (any fitness level is welcome to join)
• Take a before picture (you'll need it for when you submit your progress after the challenge)
• You do not need to send me anything if you are going to start (just follow the directions for after the challenge is over)
• Complete the 4 weeks of training
• Take an after picture of your progress. I will crop your head and keep your identity completely anonymous if reposting.
• Email your before/after photos and some info about your experience after completion to brittanyperille@yahoo.com. Must include proof of purchase or receipt so I know when you purchased. Option to include a brief background of your fitness journey. 

I will choose winners based on a combination between the before and after photos and your experience with this challenge. Good luck!
