      How to win

      I will choose two $2,500 winners based on your level of commitment to yourself over the 4 weeks, plus your before and after pictures. Steps as follows:
      • Purchase the Mini Core Challenge #2 program (any fitness level is welcome to join)
      • Take a before picture (you'll need it for when you submit your progress after the challenge)
      • You don't need to send anything to start (just follow directions for after the challenge is over)
      • Complete the 4 weeks of training
      • Take an after picture of your progress. I will crop your head and keep you anonymous if reposting
      • Email before/after photos & info about your experience after completion to [email protected]
      • Must include proof of purchase. Option to include info on the background of your fitness journey
