Equipment & improvisations

This program is gym-based but can easily be done from home with simple ways to improvise. REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:
  • Barbell & Plates (can improvise with dumbbells)
  • Dumbbells
  • Cable Machine (can improvise with a long resistance band)
  • Booty Band
  • Long Resistance band or Theraband
  • Yoga block and foam roller (can improvise with a pillow)
