⬩ This program is essentially beneficial for all women who are unable to connect to their deep inner core unit & pelvic floor ⬩ Ideal workout program for cesarean & vaginal deliveries － as well as nulliparous women wanting to strengthen & learn proper core function ⬩ Created to support women who are working to heal diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction -- leaking, lower belly bulge -- mommy pouch, lower back pain, & essentially all women who have a weak core & pelvic floor  ⬩ Each week you'll be building off the connection & strength you achieved the prior week ⬩ Progressive strengthening exercises as well as releasing exercises for your abs & pelvic floor  ⬩ Self scar tissue mobility work  ⬩ Cueing on how to perform each exercise with recommended sets & reps ⬩ Nutrition tips, how to calculate your macros + samples of how a meal plan is devised to reach your goals ⬩ Pelvic floor work can increase sexual satisfaction; longer orgasm, stronger climax

▪︎ Long light resistance band ▪︎ Towel ▪︎ Small 9-inch yoga ball (or grab your kids' squishy ball) ▪︎ Large stability ball (55-75cm) ▪︎ Sliders (paper plates work as well) ▪︎ A yoga mat is optional
