About the program

This 5 week program is for anyone that has pelvic floor tightness or a hypertonic pelvic floor. Including:
  • Pelvis pain 
  • Urinary leaking (stress urinary incontinence and urge incontinence)
  • Pain with sex
  • Pressure sensation 
  • Pain or discomfort as the bladder fills
  • Feeling like you have UTI but don't 
  • Overactive bladder syndrome 
  • Constipation 
  • Pelvic Organ Prolapse (POP) 
  • Gas/fecal leakage 
  • Vulvodynia
