Who is this for?

This program is suitable for all women who are unable to connect to their deep inner core unit & pelvic floor. It is the ideal workout program for cesarean & vaginal deliveries - as well as nulliparous women (never given birth) wanting to strengthen & learn proper core function. 
 This program was created to support women who are working to heal: 

  • Diastasis recti, and pelvic floor dysfunction -- like leaking
  • Lower belly bulge -- mommy pouch
  • Lower back pain
  • Weak core & pelvic floor
  • Increase sexual satisfaction; longer orgasm, stronger climax

What to Expect

Each week you'll be building off the connection & strength you achieved the prior week
. The focus will be on progressive strengthening exercises as well as releasing exercises for your abs & pelvic floor. You'll see: 
 ⬩ Self scar tissue mobility work 
 ⬩ Cueing on how to perform each exercise with recommended sets & reps

 ⬩ Nutrition tips, how to calculate your macros + samples of how a meal plan is devised to reach your goals ⬩ And SO MUCH MORE... HERE'S EVERYTHING YOU'LL NEED:
  • Long light resistance band


  • Towel


  • Small 9-inch yoga ball (or grab your kids' squishy ball)


  • Large stability ball (55-75cm)

  • Sliders (paper plates work as well)


  •  A yoga mat is optional
