Welcome to the Shred at Home Program. This is an 8 week program that focuses on strength and endurance training. This program is for all fitness levels and targeted for anyone that is interested in losing weight. Each week the exercises will progress, further challenging you and helping you gain lean muscle mass. Shred at Home is also a home version of Shred at the Gym. So if you aren't quite ready for barbell movements or joining a gym, you can still get the same effect but with a set of dumbbells and resistance bands. It's highly recommended that you have a set of light medium, and heavy dumbbells, long and short resistance bands (light, medium, & heavy). This program is broken into 2 Phases. The first phase will focus more on building your strength and phase 2 will continue to focus on strength while also shredding this lbs with power and plyometric exercises.

I am Brittany, a wife and mother to two beautiful girls. I have a bachelors degree in exercise science and a masters degree in sports management. After giving birth to my first daughter I went through a phase of not recognizing myself. This led to me not loving myself or taking care of the temple that blessed me with my two beautiful girls. So in April of 2018 I decided to create an Instagram account to hold myself accountable and share my journey of finding a balance between caring for myself and my family. With the combination of my education and life experiences. I created workouts that allowed me to get back to me and also be the best wife, mom, sister, daughter, and friend.
