About the program

Hey mama! I enjoy working out. But I had to learn how to properly workout during each trimester and determine which moves felt comfortable for me as my body continued to change to help me grow my baby girl. While studying and becoming certified as a pre and post natal instructor. I begin to understand more about my body and the benefits of working out while pregnant. All the workouts within this guide are based on my own trainings while pregnant. This guide will target all muscle groups.I know pregnancy is 40 weeks and this is only a 6 week guide, but you can also circle back through the workouts and make them as challenging or not so challenging. Remember this is your workout so listen to your body during each workout. The contents within this guide should not override any medical advice from your health care provider. Please consult with your health care provider prior to starting this guide.

    About Brittany Moore

    Online personal trainer

    I am Brittany, a wife and mother to two beautiful girls. I have a bachelors degree in exercise science and a masters degree in sports management. After giving birth to my first daughter I went through a phase of not recognizing myself. This led to me not loving myself or taking care of the temple that blessed me with my two beautiful girls. So in April of 2018 I decided to create an Instagram account to hold myself accountable and share my journey of finding a balance between caring for myself and my family. With the combination of my education and life experiences. I created workouts that allowed me to get back to me and also be the best wife, mom, sister, daughter, and friend. Fitness isn’t a one way fits all and through my journey I hope to help and inspire women to find their balance through a healthy lifestyle.

    What are the goals of this program?

    What do I need to participate?
    * You can complete this workout at home or in the gym * Resistance band, dumbbells, and kettlebell * A positive attitude and dedication to the program
    Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
    * The workouts are designed for all levels * Beginners: go slow, use less weight, use longer rest periods, and focus on form * Advanced: increase weight, reps and reduce rest time as you progress
    What’s the schedule?
    * Weight training 4 times per week * 1 Cardio + Core or Mobility workout * 1 full rest day
    Are there any modifications for the exercises?
    * Yes! I’ve included modifications in the descriptions for each exercise. If you need further assistance modifying any workouts, send me a message in the app and I’ll be happy to help!
