About the program

Congratulations on your new bundle of joy! Throughout my second pregnancy I worked out all the way until birth. Fitness as usual was a way for me to clear my head, move my body, and enjoy some me time. However, is there such a thing as me time when your new born needs you for EVERYTHING! Although working out can take a back seat to everything else. Don’t start to neglect yourself and forget the importance of self care. Taking time for yourself doesn’t make you a bad mama. So, as I learned how to juggle being a mom of 2, working full time, and being a wife. I made sure to set aside 30-40 minutes for myself. I let me husband know how important it was for me to get back to me and that working out was a part of that process. So I started to record and write down every workout I did after being cleared by my midwife. I’ve compiled all of those workouts into a postpartum guide and I’m super excited for you to move along with me.     About Brittany Moore

    Online personal trainer

    I am Brittany, a wife and mother to two beautiful girls. I have a bachelors degree in exercise science and a masters degree in sports management. After giving birth to my first daughter I went through a phase of not recognizing myself. This led to me not loving myself or taking care of the temple that blessed me with my two beautiful girls. So in April of 2018 I decided to create an Instagram account to hold myself accountable and share my journey of finding a balance between caring for myself and my family. With the combination of my education and life experiences. I created workouts that allowed me to get back to me and also be the best wife, mom, sister, daughter, and friend.     What do I need to participate?
    * You can complete this workout at home or in the gym * A positive attitude and dedication to the program
    Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
    * The workouts are designed for all levels * Beginners: go slow, use less weight, use longer rest periods, and focus on form * Advanced: increase weight, reps and reduce rest time as you progress
    What’s the schedule?
    * Weight training 4 times per week * 1 Cardio + Core training day per week * 1 full rest day
    How will I get the best results?
    * Get proper sleep (7-9 hours a night is a must) * Dedicated nutrition regimen that consists only of wholesome, natural ingredients (get my nutrition guide in “Insights” section of the app) * Drink at least eight 8 oz glasses of water daily * Make sure to use active and full rest days to allow muscles to recover
    Are there any modifications for the exercises?
    * Yes! I’ve included modifications in the descriptions for each exercise. If you need further assistance modifying any workouts, send me a message in the app and I’ll be happy to help!
