This section is dedicated to core routines that involves rotation, isolation, eccentric and concentric movements that will challenge your core. With my core routines we won't just focus on your rectus abdominals (6-pack), we will target your transverse abs and obliques. Workouts are 10-20 minutes. You can complete these on their own as an active rest day, or you can tag them to the end of any workout that you complete for the day. Workouts will range from beginner to advance so pay attention to the details of each workout. Some may also require equipment while some workouts may only require your bodyweight.

I am Brittany, a wife and mother to two beautiful girls. I have a bachelors degree in exercise science and a masters degree in sports management. After giving birth to my first daughter I went through a phase of not recognizing myself. This led to me not loving myself or taking care of the temple that blessed me with my two beautiful girls. So in April of 2018 I decided to create an Instagram account to hold myself accountable and share my journey of finding a balance between caring for myself and my family. With the combination of my education and life experiences. I created workouts that allowed me to get back to me and also be the best wife, mom, sister, daughter, and friend. Fitness isn’t a one way fits all and through my journey I hope to help and inspire women to find their balance through a healthy lifestyle.

Plus, certified personal trainer Brittany Moore will walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! BMOORE FIT has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. I also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
