here's a quick lil cardio & abs circuit ππ«§πͺΈ perform 3 rounds of the following 2 circuits! (*Note: you can complete the circuits one at a time, or one after another, until all 3 rounds are complete!)
circuit one:
- 10 squat thrusts
- 20 bicycles, 10 toe taps, 20 single leg lifts
- 20 mountain climbers
circuit two:
- 10 box jumps
- 10 deficit reverse lunges
- 10 leg raises, 20 butterfly sit ups, 20 flutter kicks
