Well, this literally killed me. Had to sub a majority of them as I am just not *quite* there yet for these HIITs.
I do hope when I redo this program that I will see progress on some of these moves!

I think this is the hardest one yet! Took me longer than 15 minutes to finish.

This one took me 30 min instead of 15 because the 2 different sets of mountain climbers had me 💀 but I really enjoy these hiit workouts because I hate cardio, but these don't feel like cardio yet they get my heart rate up like crazy 🙌🏻
