INGREDIENTS:
- Ground chicken, ground turkey, or ground beef
- Microwaveable rice (LOVE this for convenience, we get from T Joe's!)
- English Cucumber
- Avocado
- Sesame Seeds
- Soyaki Sauce (T Joe's, or use your other fav Teriyaki sauce!)
RECIPE:
- Bulk prep ground chicken, turkey, or beef in advance for a quicker meal prep!
- Bulk prep rice, or make in microwave for a quicker meal prep!
- Add meat to your bowl/plate & drizzle with Soyaki, then heat up in the microwave (time will vary based on your microwave!)
- Slice/prep your cucumber & avocado
- Plate desired portions of rice, meat, cucumber, avocado & serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds
- ENJOY!!
