WORKOUT:
- 5 min warm up
- incline bench | 4x8
- chest press | 4x8
- shoulder press | 4x8-10
- lateral raises | 4x10-12
- tricep extensions | 4x12
CORE CIRCUIT | 2-3 rounds:
- high plank knee to elbow | 10 reps (each side!)
- bicycles | 10 reps (each side!)
- leg raises | 10 reps
- in & outs 10 reps
- plank (30-60 sec!)
