Salmon Rice Bowl
INGREDIENTS:
- 4-6 oz Salmon filet
- Rice (boil on stove top, or microwaveable bags are a great option!)
- Edamame (boil on stove top, or microwaveable from Trader Joe's!)
- Avocado
- Cucumber
- Shredded Carrots
- Sesame Seeds
- Salt, Garlic Salt
- Sesame Seeds
- Trader Joe's Furikake seasoning (or a similar Japanese seasoning)
- Butter
RECIPE:
- Prep your salmon by cutting your filet into bite sized pieces & season with garlic salt
- Slice cucumbers
- Add butter to a skillet, and add salmon (cook fully)
- Add a 'bed' of cooked rice to your bowl
- Add sliced cucumber, carrot shreds, edamame, salmon, avocado
- Sprinkle with Furikake seasoning and Sesame Seeds
