Loved the program!!! I doubled up on workouts Thursday to have the weekend off to do homework and sleep-in, but I over did it to get myself a epigastric hernia 🤦‍♀️. No core workouts. No heavy lifting. Lots of fluids and increase fiber to avoid constipation. I despise this hurdle but I refuse to let it define me. So what I plan to do is perfect my form, less weight and more reps. I started this and I don’t wanna lose my momentum. Next program is glutes. Love your programs and your swag!🏋️‍♀️❤️‍🔥💯💪👑
