This 12-week program was designed in 3 distinct phases to help guide you through restoring your core & slowly prepare you for more active movements. We'll start with bodyweight movements, moving to light dumbbells (all at your own pace) & ultimately get you back to feeling confident & strong in your body. Each phase has programmed warm-up’s, progressions, video demonstrations, written descriptions, form tips and more! Plus - you'll also get my Let's Cook Recipe Book packed with meal ideas!

More about the program

Each phase has programmed warm-up’s, progressions, video demonstrations, written descriptions, form tips and more! A few reminders to help you get the most out of this program: - Focus on good form! Prevent injury & target your muscles effectively. Once you can no longer perform the exercise with proper form, the exercise is done. We are playing the long game here, form comes first! - Actively contract your muscles! As you perform these exercises, pay special attention to your muscles contracting (mind-muscle connection!) This will help ensure proper form & better activate the muscles, allowing for greater strength & endurance gains! - Breathe! It’s common to forget to breathe when focusing on properly performing an exercise. Breathe throughout the entire exercise & follow breath cues! Take longer breaks as needed. You've got this! - Listen to your body & be patient! It may be tempting to hold a position for as long as you can, especially if you’re excited to be getting going. However, this can be unnecessarily taxing on the body & may lead to injury, setting you back. Don’t over do it, utilize the prescribed rest times, take extra rest or recovery days if you need to & remember the goal of this program: rebuild & restore. Progress oftentimes isn’t linear & anything worth having takes time! Keep showing up! I’m a beginner, is this program for me?
Yes! This program is designed to restore your core & slowly prepare you for more active movements. Each phase has programmed warm-up’s, progressions, video demonstrations, written description & form tips with me by your side every step of the way! If I can start my fitness journey over from square one postpartum, so can you!
Can I complete this program from home / do I need equipment?
I wanted everyone to be able to perform this program from home, with minimal equipment— if you can get your hands on a yoga mat, pilates ball, bosu/stability ball & some light dumbbell weights, you’ll have everything you need. However, you’ll find it easy to modify exercises & equipment— we work with what we have over here!
Do I need to perform the programmed phases in order?
Yes! Each phase is programmed for specific training goals that build as the weeks progress, preparing you for the next phase. We’ll start with bodyweight movements, work our way up to using light dumbbells (all at your own pace) & ultimately get you back to feeling confident & strong in your body. For this reason, it’s important to start with Phase 1 before moving to Phase 2, finishing with Phase 3 last!
