Welcome to My Advanced Gym Program! This program is structured for an experienced lifter! You aren’t afraid of the barbell and you have flawless technique ;) This program builds from the beginner split, and has 2 upper body days and 2 lower body days as well. You hit all your main muscle groups. Add on the core program or just part of it for an additional challenge. (Even if only adding on 1 core workout per week). You will build from the beginner program, implementing progressive overload. If you see a set look like 10,8,6,6 - increase weight each set! Push yourself!!! We are here for both the fun and the gains. Let’s Get This Lift!

Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
