I’m a beginner, is this program for me? Yes! This program is designed to restore your core & slowly prepare you for more active movements. Each phase has programmed warm-up’s, progressions, video demonstrations, written description & form tips with me by your side every step of the way! If I can start my fitness journey over from square one postpartum, so can you!
Can I complete this program from home / do I need equipment? I wanted everyone to be able to perform this program from home, with minimal equipment— if you can get your hands on a yoga mat, pilates ball, bosu/stability ball & some light dumbbell weights, you’ll have everything you need. However, you’ll find it easy to modify exercises & equipment— we work with what we have over here!
Do I need to perform the programmed phases in order? Yes! Each phase is programmed for specific training goals that build as the weeks progress, preparing you for the next phase. We’ll start with bodyweight movements, work our way up to using light dumbbells (all at your own pace) & ultimately get you back to feeling confident & strong in your body. For this reason, it’s important to start with Phase 1 before moving to Phase 2, finishing with Phase 3 last!
