This was CREATED for you, my beginners in the gym and those at home still trying to get some solid results! If you are new to working out as a whole—Start Here! You will get familiar with these movements and exercises before touching a barbell. These workouts include dumbbell and bodyweight exercises. *if you want to practice extra caution as a beginner you can do these movements with bodyweight and not include weights at all!*

I feel the burn. lol it’s great! I will definitely do this again once I get stronger. I wasn’t able to do any dips or push-ups 😭
