This 6-week program is all about quick, powerful workouts that fit your busy season. Frequently asked questions

What are the goals of this program?
•Increase overall lean muscle mass •Build strength and muscular endurance •Get in a quick and effective exercise 5 days out of the week •Build consistency!
What do I need to participate?
•I suggest dumbbells ranging from 3lbs-20lbs. You do not need 20lbs. Just be sure your weight is challenging yet manageable. •A mat is optional but recommended •Water
What’s the schedule?
•The goal of this program is to remain as consistent as possible, completing 5 days of strength training a week. •1 day of active rest: When you rest from lifting, you should still remain active. Do a HIIT cardio/ab workouts, play sports, go for a hike or a long walk •1 full rest day
When do I start this program?
•You can start it when you want to! You don't have to wait until "Monday" or the 1st of the month, or summer, or the New Year! •And here is some advice-Don't wait until you're "ready." Because something will always get in the way. •The time to begin is NOW! •Commit!
