About the program

This 4-week program is designed to refresh both body and spirit in just under 15 minutes a day. Every Monday through Friday, you’ll follow a guided stretching routine that helps improve flexibility, mobility, and recovery while also giving you a chance to pause and reflect on God’s Word. While the movement sequences will eventually repeat, the daily devotionals are always new, offering fresh encouragement and scripture each day. Faith & Flexibility is more than stretching, it’s a daily challenge and commitment to care for your body as God’s temple, honoring Him through proper rest, recovery, and intentional time in His presence.

Spiritually, the goal is to refocus your mind on God, connect Scripture to your wellness journey, and create space for peace and renewal in your daily routine. Each session blends gentle movement with devotional reflection so you can walk away feeling refreshed, both physically and spiritually.
    What’s the schedule?
    Faith & Flexibility workouts are available Monday through Friday, each lasting about 15 minutes or less. Every day offers a guided session that combines stretching, mobility, and devotional reflection. The short format makes it easy to fit into your morning routine, lunch break, or evening wind-down—whenever you need a moment to reset physically and spiritually.
    What do I need to participate?
    All you need is a little space to move, a comfortable surface (like a stretching mat or carpet), and a device to follow along with the sessions. No special equipment is required! You may also want to have a water bottle nearby and a quiet space where you can focus on both the stretches and the devotional time. Come as you are. This program is designed to be simple, accessible, and calming.
