Each day brings a new challenge to keep things fresh and fun, while pushing you closer to a stronger, more confident you. About the program

Get ready to fire up your abs and build a strong foundation this October! For 31 days, you’ll complete 100 reps of core-focused exercises daily. Each day brings variety to keep things fresh and engaging while strengthening your entire midsection. This challenge isn’t just about sculpting your abs—it’s about building consistency, discipline, and lasting strength from the inside out. Whether you’re looking to improve performance, stability, or confidence, Core-tober will help you stay committed and stronger every day.

    Frequently asked questions

    How does this challenge work?
    Core-Tober 2025 is a 31-day challenge for your core and for building consistency. Each day, you should go in and complete the workout listed. When done, write a comment (this is your check in!) For each comment, you earn an entry into our giveaway! The comment date must match the current day. For example: You must complete day 1 on Oct 1st for it to count.
    What fitness level is this challenge for?
    ALL! Yes, 100 reps looks like a lot... and it is! But you can break these up into multiple sets. For example, do crunches in sets of 10reps 10 sets! It is DOABLE! Also remember, it is a challenge so it should be a little bit difficult to complete. We develop in the challenge!
    What if I miss a day?
    That’s okay! Just jump back in tomorrow. You’re welcome to make up any missed days, but remember—you won’t earn that entry. And that’s okay, because the real win is showing up and building consistency!
    Do I need any equipment?
    Nope! You can always add a dumbbell if you want to but it is not required (despite if the video uses a dumbbell). A mat is also a good addition but again, not required.
    When does this challenge start?
    October 1st is our first day, though I will take new comers all the way up until October 7th (newcomers do forfeit the first 7 days of entries though they can make them up on your own).
    What if I want this program but the date has passed?
    That's okay! Buy it anyhow! You won't be in the running for the giveaway but you can do this challenge WHENEVER...even well after October 2025
