Hey there! it’s me, Britt-Marie.
I’m a musical theatre performer, former gymnast turned personal trainer and group fitness instructor (I know, we’re so rare 😅).
My content is inspired by my clients who have always referred to me as the “form Queen” from my ability to help them make small, specific changes to posture or weight placement and make an exercise make more sense and feel accessible (and sometimes more challenging).
his space is welcoming of all genders, body sizes, identities and abilities.
My ability stems from early gymnastics training which taught me body control, and balance over time and how important it is to care for your body as we move day to day through this life.
With my yoga training I learned the importance of breath and human connection.
I thrive off sharing information and continuing to learn!! Workout, AND discover something new about your body! It’s limits, it’s interests, how it moves, how it doesn’t move, what feels heavy today and how we can attune to all of these things as a practice to stay present outside our fitness routines.
