Welcome to functional training! Over the next 6 weeks we will be defining, sculpting, and shredding your entire body. You will be doing 6 workouts a week between 10 and 60 minutes each. You will be doing 3 weight lifting workouts along with 3 high intensity functional training workouts. With a full rest day every Sunday.
