This stretching routine can be done daily twice a day. Make sure to stay longer in the stretches you need. You can mix up the order of the stretches to how your body is feeling that day. I have the order I do, I like to do this routine right before a basketball/workout and late at night a few hours before bed or right before bed. This will help you stay loose and have your body feeling great every day with no aches or pain. No icing or stiff joints and you will always feel like you can dunk and run fast. Make sure you get a good nights rest as well. The earlier the better typically 9-10 pm would be ideal where you will get the best gains you've ever had.
