Phase 1 - Home Workout. Mastering Your Foundation. This Phase is all about extensive plyos and mastering your mechanics when you go to jump. This is crucial for when Phase 2 comes your not jumping on a weak foundation but you've built elite elasticity before more intense movements - Can be done at home or at the gym for more space. - 4 days a week for 4 weeks. Monday, Tuesday, off Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or spread the days out how you would like. - Stretching & Mobility before any workout - Complete Workout and then Stretching & Mobility can be done again later in the day/night for recovery. - Core Workout to be done at the end of the workout. Important to access inner core muscles when you're fatigued - Jump Routine included can be done before or after workout

High Level Athlete And Jump Trainer

I constantly always wanted to know how to jump higher but never could. Growing up I was never the fastest or the most athletic on my team. I ended up getting injured time and time again. After trial and error, all that changed when I found the exact workouts to take someone who hasn’t jumped high or ran fast their whole life and turn them into the best athlete every where they go! I'm now dedicated to help others become world class athletes at their sport and help them achieve their full potential and achieve their goals.

If you haven’t had success with other training apps in the past, you may be skeptical about ours. I'm a beginner, is Elite Jump Transformation for me?
No matter where you are in your vertical jump journey, this program can help you succeed. Workouts and programs posted in the app are for any level of fitness. Plus, Brian will walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Why is Elite Jump Program affordable compared to others?
Brian believe everyone should have access to elite high level training for as little as $8.33/month (with the yearly plan) instead of hundreds or even thousands of dollars per month. Not everyone has the financial means to afford the cost of top level training so Brian decided to bring it those who you need to reach their goals without having to make it a financial burden for them.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Phase 1 consist of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require equipment in the later Phases. Phase 2 and 3 requires gym access, dumbbells, and resistance bands. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get jump as high as possible!
How many vertical inches will I gain with the Jump Program?
There are many factors that play into how many inches you will gain with our program. If you follow along the workouts provided, work as smart, hard and show up giving your full effort each and everyday you will see results guaranteed as many athletes do!
Does this work for sports outside of dunking/basketball?
Absolutely! We have many athletes from different sports including football, soccer, volleyball, baseball, and many more sports. Athletes from all different athletic backgorunds are gaining new athleticism across the board as they are becoming stronger, faster, and jumping higher than anyone on their teams.
What if I don't like Elite Jump Transformation? Can I cancel
You can cancel Elite Jump Transformation at any time - there is no long term contract.
