Not the best run I’ve had, but also not the worst. Glad I saw the program through. Definitely got me back into the rhythm of wanting to push myself and start to set loftier goals mentally and physically. Can’t say enough good things about the program. I would definitely recommend.

2 hours and 23 minutes, 3 months of preparation, ups and downs, motivation and not at all! If you really want to change your life this challenge is for you! Key lesson: the challenge won’t change you by itself, you need to put the effort, train, get up, trust yourself and 90 days later, you will be running 1/2 marathon with a whole new mindset! This is a lifestyle, see you in the next one. Thank you Brian.
