Day 65

3 Rounds
- 10 GTOH
- 20 Burpees
- 10 Alt Overhead Tricep Ext.
- 10 DB Lunge (each leg)

- 2500M Row

- Place a dumbbells between your feet. As you bend down to grab the dumbbells, push your butt back and keep your eyes looking forward.
- Clean the dumbbells to your shoulders by extending through the legs and hips as you raise the dumbbells towards your shoulder. The wrist should rotate as you do so.
- Return the weight to the starting position.

Db Ground To Overhead

- Place hands on the ground shoulder-width apart 
- Jump to push-up position
- Lower chest and thighs to the ground 
- Jump feet up to hands 
- Jump vertically with full hip and knee extension 
- Arms extend overhead during the jump

Burpees

"- To begin, stand up with a dumbbell held by both hands. Your feet should be about shoulder width apart from each other. Slowly use both hands to grab the dumbbell and lift it over your head until both arms are fully extended.
- The resistance should be resting in the palms of your hands with your thumbs around it. The palm of the hands should be facing up towards the ceiling. This will be your starting position.
- Keeping your upper arms close to your head with elbows in and perpendicular to the floor, lower the resistance in a semicircular motion behind your head until your forearms touch your biceps. Tip: The upper arms should remain stationary and only the forearms should move. Breathe in as you perform this step.
- Go back to the starting position by using the triceps to raise the dumbbell. Breathe out as you perform this step.
- Repeat for the recommended amount of repetitions."

Db Overhead Tricep Ext.

"- Imagine your front foot is glued to the floor, stand tall, and step back a comfortable distance.
- Hold two dumbbells by your sides.
- To return to the standing position, press off of the front foot."

Db Reverse Lunge

Circuit

-Sit on seat of rower 
-Place feet in door holsters and tighten straps 
-Extend legs as you start to row
-Legs , Back , finish with arms
-Then in reverse arms release first 
-Repeat for time, distance, or calories

Day 65

It has been quiet sometime since I have done any kind of physical exercise. This was a great way to start out. I appreciate the workout🤙🏽👏🏽

Workout was a bit of a struggle. Feeling a lot of discomfort in right lower shin/ankle. I have been wearing sleeves which I forgot today, but a little concerned I have something off with my form.

Day 8

Really enjoying these workouts. Definitely a change of pace from traditional lifting and running!
