Challenge starts August 1st and will run through August 31st! A month long test of discipline and endurance designed to challenge and refine your commitment to fitness, with a chance to win a free HPLT event entry ticket! ($3,000 value πŸ’°) The winner will be able to choose from 3 upcoming HPLT events including, Austin (Nov 9-12 in 2023), Tampa (Jan 18-21 in 2024), or Nashville (April 18-21 in 2024). Participants will conquer a run everyday, with one day per week being a longer challenge run. Upon completion you will be entered into the drawing for the free HPLT event entry ticket. This challenge is about fortifying your mind, embracing a regimen, and pushing your personal limits.

About Brian Mazza

Online personal trainer

Brian Mazza is an entrepreneur based out of New York. He took his love for fitness to a new level with the formation of HPLT: High-Performance Lifestyle Training. He is an entrepreneur and in 2010 created the men’s custom clothing company Windsor Custom. ‍ Brian’s primary passion has always been creating; and over the years he has carved out a space in health and wellness. From a young age, Brian has always been a highly competitive athlete, and it was that drive that got him a scholarship to play Division 1 Soccer at The University of Rhode Island. In 2017 and 2019 Brian landed the cover of Men’s Health and has been featured in Men’s Fitness, GQ, Esquire, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Fox 5, Cheddar, Channel 11, HLN, The Steve Harvey Show, and is a frequent contributor on various Food Network shows. In 2020, by harnessing his audience of 180k Instagram followers, Brian took his love for fitness to a new level with the formation of HPLT: High-Performance Lifestyle Training. Most importantly Brian is a proud father to his two boys Leo and Luke, and husband to CNN correspondent Chloe Melas Mazza. With no intention of slowing down, he is destined to become an unstoppable force utilizing his personal brand and beyond.

Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone β€” regardless of equipment β€” to help you get in shape.
