It's helpful if you have a treadmill, but you do not need anything else. Just a positive mindset!
This program is for every level. If you are new to fitness, just take longer breaks. I love to work hard, but you also have to know when to throttle it back, especially if you are just starting off.
What is the workout schedule? Are there rest days? The program is structured for you to workout 5 days per week. If you have to do 3-4 that is totally fine. I like to do 3 days hard, take a rest day 2 more days and then rest on Sunday.
Rest days for me are playing with my kids, getting outside, stretching, and staying active.
