Good just kept getting up to the 140bpm and walked to lower it run again to then walk to lower it.

Really tough. Managed the first 3 but started a locking the last two in like 40s with 20s to spare.

Tough. I’m sprawling at the moment as opposed to burpees. Hopefully after 10days I’ll be good to do a full burpee.
