Program goals: Cycle Shred is designed to help you beat a plateau, lose weight, tone up all while building strength in a hormone happy way. Program Details: 4 weeks, 5 workouts per week, 30-45 min per day, dumbbell only. I recommend starting with the Cycle Syncing program first as this is more of a 2.0 program. What is cycle syncing?
This is simply tailoring your workouts to match each phase of your menstrual cycle. As women, we have 4 different phases that we go through each month. With these changes come different levels of energy, motivation and strength. Changing your workouts to support each phase of your cycle can not only help you get better results but also helps you remain consistent!
Do I need to know how to cycle sync?
Absolutely not! I will take the guesswork out for you in this program.
What equipment do I need?
Dumbbells and an optional bench.
